Kinetics, Love In The Snow Collection (F/W 2017)

Hi loves! I’m finally here to show you the newest collection by Kinetics: Love In The Snow(*), launched for fall/winter 2017 season.

Kinetics, Love In The Snow

After a more traditional collection – made of mostly nudes and reds – like Hedonist, Kinetics now presents a collection full of unusual and explosive colours, and that’s what makes Love In The Snow collection so gorgeous! Personally, I think it’s my favourite Kinetics‘ collection so far. So, definitely a must!

Other collections by Kinetics: Kinetics Nail Polishes

All the nail polishes by Kinetics come in two versions: regular (Solar Gel) and gel (SHIELD). This time I am showing you the Love In The Snow collection in the Solar Gel version.

Kinetics, Ready Set Snow

Ready, Set, Snow (KNP381) is the first nail polish of the collection: inspired by futuristic clothes by Nicolas Jebran, it’s an extremely bright light pink that may look almost neon under certain lights! The nail polish itself looks beautiful, but honestly I think it may be not so easy to wear, since it will look good only with certain skintones. On my nails, it makes my skin look darker and greyish. It would definitey look better on darker skintones!

Kinetics, Ice Breaker

Ice Breaker (KNP382) is a Barbie pink inspired by dresses created by Balenciaga and Valentino, a cold pink with a hint of purple. For me, this is one of the must-haves of the collection: it looks gorgeous and it is much easier to wear than the other pink you’ve seen above.

Kinetics, Nothing But Love

Nothing But Love (KNP383) is a hot chili red that aims to recall the colours of Sicily and Spain! It’s inspired by the red dresses of Flamenco dancers and by dresses and scarves by Dolce & Gabbana.

Kinetics, Cold Days Warm Hearts

Another must-have is Cold Days, Warm Hearts (KNP384): a deep grenadine red inspired by royal haute couture dresses from Gucci and Ellie Saab.

Kinetics Love In The Snow

Love In The Snow (KNP385) is the shade that gives its name to the wholecollection: a cold lavender with a hint of light blue inspired by the lavender fields in Provence and the violet sunrises on the Ganges river.

Kinetics, Ice Is Nice

Now, time to show you one of my favourites: Ice Is Nice (KNP386), a gorgeous blurple inspired by the colour of fresh figs, Moroccan ancient doors and by the glass collection from Elizabeth Lyons. Such a drool-worthy shade!

My second favourite of the collection is Daydreamer (KNP387), a light dusty teal. It’s inspired by spruces, by a dress worn by Catherine Duchess of Cambridge and by the catwalks of Georges Chakra, Temperley London, Zac Posen, Gabriela Hearst. It was love at first sight, and if I had to choose one colour from the collection, this would have been Daydreamer.

Kinetics, Wrap It Up

Wrap It Up (KNP388) is the last nail polish of the collection. A minimal grey with a hint of teal inside. It’s inspired by the greys seen at the Agnona, Rochas and Michael Kors fashion shows.

I think that Love In The Snow is really a gorgeous collection: eight stunning shades with perfect quick-dry and long-lasting formulas. My personal favourites are Daydreamer e Ice Is Nice, immediately followed by Ice Breaker and Cold Days, Warm Hearts. Which ones do you like the most?
