Love and Chocolate Nail Art

love1

Hi girls!

Here I am with a new mani for the third month of our nail collab Italian Monthly Manis (#itmmanis)! If you don’t know how this collab works and how to join us (yes, everyone can participate!) you can read all the information here: Christmas Lights Manicure for Italian Monthly Manis #itmmanis.

Our host of the month, @_a_d_r_y_, chose Love and Chocolate as the theme of February. That gave me the inspiration for a super sweet mani, sweet as love and chocolate.

I must admit that I have bought the brown nail polish only for this mani: I don’t really like brown things, so I didn’t have anything suitable to the Love and Chocolate theme. Luckily I found a great Kiko offer on nail polishes, and I bought this chocolate brown beauty. Kiko is literally giving away the last nail polishes from the past collection, that has been discontinued.

Besides the brown nail polish, which is Kiko 324 Dark Chocolate, I used some pink shades to get the stone marble effect. They are all from the past collection by Kiko: n. 507 Blush, n. 505 Pearly Honeysuckle Pink and n. 503 Ginger Pink. I stamped the heart with an old Essence plate. The Born Pretty Store silicone mat has been a trustful companion to help me create the marble effect – Review, Nail Art + Tutorial: Born Pretty Store Stamping Mat.

That’s all for today, see you next Monday! If you enjoy painting your nails and you want to join our #itmmanis nail collab, you’re the welcome! Reach us on Instagram (@langolodeglismalti) to show us your creations! 🙂

Kisses
